To change the style in BiaB during a song, go to:

Edit menu » settings for current bar » change style to ...

The styles will appear as a list of file names (no descriptions), so it seems a good idea to make a note of the file name when choosing them from the select style option.

You can also change the patches for different instruments here and have a different sound for that part of the song.
